Le matcha est ma boisson préférée depuis les dernières années. Je me suis rendue compte que la caféine activait de l’anxiété en moi. Au début c’était difficile car j’aimais beaucoup le goût du café. J’ai vraiment pu noter la différence après avoir complètement arrêté celui-ci. Au début je trouvais que le goût du matcha était un peu fade, mais j’ai peaufiné ma recette pour arriver à un mélange velouté, crémeux et légèrement sucré. Si vous n’avez pas de collagène gélatine, ce n’est pas bien grave car l’huile de coco moussera au mélangeur. Le collagène donne cependant une texture unique en plus d’avoir plusieurs bienfaits pour la peau, ongles, cheveux, système digestif et articulations. De son côté le matcha a plusieurs bienfaits sur la santé et donne un effet yin-yang au système nerveux en balançant la caféine avec un acide aminé la L-théanine qui a un effet plutôt calmant. Le matcha est également rempli d’antioxydants et contient des polyphénols. Après avoir essayé plusieurs sortes de matcha, j’ai découvert la compagnie Sakao, une entreprise qui est située dans la région de Montréal et je suis littéralement tombée en amour avec leur produits. C’est très important pour moi de connaître la provenance des produits que je consomme.
Recette de Chloro-Matcha
Les ingrédients:
- 3/4 c à thé de Matcha bio Sakao
- 1 c à table de chlorophylle à la menthe
- 1 c à thé d’huile de coco
- 1 c à table de gélatine Organika
- 1 c à thé de miel ou sirop d’érable au goût
- 250ml d’eau chaude
Instruction:
- Ajouter tous les ingrédients dans un mélangeur sauf la gélatine
- Ajouter l’eau chaude
- Ajouter la gélatine Organika
- Mélanger environ 30 secondes
- Déguster!

Matcha is my favourite drink for the past few years. I have noticed that caffeine was giving me anxiety. It was very hard to quit coffee because I really like the taste. I was really able to tell the different after stopping it completely. At first I found the taste of Matcha was a little bland but I worked on my recipe to obtain an amazing velvety, creamy and slightly sweet matcha. If you do not have gelatin collagen, it is not a problem as coconut oil will also make the texture frothy in the blender. The collagen gives however an unique mousse and also provide many benefits for the skin, nails, hair, digestive system and joints. Matcha contains several health benefits and will gives a yin-yang effect to the nervous system by balancing caffeine with an amino acid called L-theanin which will induce a calming effect. Matcha is also full of antioxidants and contains polyphenols. After trying several types of matcha, I discovered the Sakao company, a company located in the Montreal area and I litterally felt in love with their products. It is very important for me to know the origin of the products I consume.
Chloro-Matcha recipe
Ingredients:
- 3/4 tsp of Organic Matcha Sakao
- 1 tbsp of menth flavoured chlorophyll
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp gelatin Organika
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
- 250ml hot water
Instruction:
- Add all the ingredients in a blender except gelatin
- Add hot water
- Add gelatin Organika
- Mix for about 30 minutes
- Enjoy!!
