Avec les journées de plus en plus froides, pourquoi ne pas allier chocolat blanc et matcha pour créer une boisson chaude absolument décadente ? Un chocolat chaud au matcha est la boisson parfaite pour prendre une pause sucrée cet hiver !
Voici les ingrédients que j’ai utilisés pour créer mon chocolat chaud au matcha bio :
- 300 ml de lait au choix
- 2 cuillères à thé de pépites de chocolat blanc
- 1 cuillère à thé de matcha bio SAKAO
- Faire chauffer le lait et les pépites de chocolat dans une petite casserole, en fouettant régulièrement jusqu’à la dissolution de celles-ci.
- Ajouter le matcha, et continuer à fouetter jusqu’à l’obtention d’un mélange homogène.
- Garnir de petites guimauves, et saupoudrer de matcha.

With colder weather, why not mix white chocolate and matcha to create a decadent hot drink? A hot matcha chocolate is a perfect drink to have a little break this winter! Here are the ingredients I used to create my organic hot matcha chocolate:
- 300 ml Milk of your choice
- 2 tea spoons of white chocolate chips
- 1 tea spoon of matcha bio SAKAO
- Heat the milk and chocolate chips in a small saucepan, whisk until they are dissolved
- Add Matcha and continue to whisk until smooth
- Garnish with small marshmallows and sprinkle with matcha.
