Muffins banane et matcha sans gluten/Banana-Matcha Gluten Free Muffins

Ingrédients:
1/3 de tasse de beurre d’amande*
1 œuf
1/2 c. à thé de stevia vanille liquide*
3 bananes mûres (3/4 tasse approx)
1 tasse de farine d’amande
1 c. à thé de bicarbonate de soude
1 c. à thé de cannelle
1/2 c. à thé de muscade (optionnel)
1/4 c. à thé de sel himalayen
1 c. à table de matcha biologique
Noix de grenobles, pacanes ou pistaches
Préparation:
🟡 Écraser les bananes.
🟡 Mélanger tous les ingrédients à l’aide d’une spatule.
🟡 Placer les noix sur le dessus de chaque muffin.
🟡 Cuire à 350F de 25 à 30 minutes.
⚪ Donne 8 muffins.
Note :
 *Ajuster le stevia au goût et ajouter de l’essence de vanille si vous n’avez pas le stevia liquide (j’utilise le stevia liquide de la marque Now).
Vous pouvez aussi remplacer le stevia par un autre édulcorant naturel de votre choix ou un peu de sirop d’érable.

*J’utilise le beurre de noix de la forêt tropical que j’adore pour le beurre de noix.

Ingredients:
1/3 cup of almond butter *
1 egg
1/2 tsp. liquid vanilla stevia *
3 ripe bananas (approx 3/4 cup)
1 cup of almond flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg (optional)
1/4 tsp. Himalayan salt
1 TBSP of organic matcha
Walnuts, pecans or pistachios for topping
Preparation:
🟡 Mash the bananas.
🟡 Mix all the ingredients with a spatula.
🟡 Place nuts on top of each muffin.
🟡 Bake at 350F for 25 to 30 minutes.
⚪ Makes 8 muffins.
Note:
  * Adjust the stevia to taste and add vanilla extract if you don’t have the liquid stevia (I use the Now brand liquid stevia).
You can also replace the stevia with another natural sweetener of your choice or a little maple syrup.

* I use the rainforest nut butter which I love for this recipe.

Granola au Matcha / Matcha granola

Il y a quelques mois, j’ai fait du granola au matcha pour la première fois. C’était délicieux! Je l’incorporais soit dans mon bol de céréales, soit dans mes sortes de yogourt préférées, c’est-à-dire à la noix de coco et au sirop d’érable. Le granola au matcha est une recette simple et rapide!

Ingrédients:

1 ½ tasses de flocons d’avoine

1 tasse de mélange de noix (coupés)

½ tasse de flocons de noix de coco

¼ c. à thé de sel kasher

1/3 tasse de sirop d’érable

1 c. à thé d’extrait de vanille

3 c. à table d’huile de coco fondue

2 c. à soupe de matcha Thé Sakao

Préparation:

  1. Dans un premier récipient, bien mélanger l’huile de coco, le sirop d’érable, l’extrait de vanille, le sel et la poudre de matcha.
  2. Dans un autre récipient, mélanger les flocons d’avoine, les noix et les flocons de noix de coco.
  3. Incorporer le premier mélange dans le récipient de flocons d’avoine. Bien mélanger.
  4. Bien étaler sur un plateau à cuisson et le mettre au four pour environ 35 min à 350º. Remuer de temps en temps avec une fourchette.
  5. Lorsque le granola est durci, le sortir du four et le laisser refroidir avant de le mettre dans un pot masson!

A few months ago, I made matcha granola for the first time. It was delicious! I would put it in my cereal bowl or in my favorite yogurt flavors which are coconut and maple syrup. Matcha granola is a simple and quick recipe!

Ingredients:

1 ½ cups of rolled oats

1 cup of mixed nuts (cut)

½ cup of coconut flakes

¼ teaspoon of kosher salt

1/3 cup of maple syrup

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

3 tablespoons of melted coconut oil

2 tablespoons of Sakao Tea matcha

Preparation:

  1. In the first bowl, combine coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, salt and matcha powder. Mix well.
  2. In another bowl, mix the rolled oats, nuts and coconut flakes.
  3. Incorporate the first mixture in the rolled oats bowl. Mix well.
  4. In a baking sheet, spread the mixture and put in the oven for around 35min at 350º. Stir occasionally with a fork.
  5. When the granola is hardened, take it out from the oven and let it cool. Finally, store it in a mason jar!

Riz parfumé au Matcha

Avec l’arrivée du temps gris et du froid, pourquoi ne pas intégrer le matcha à votre alimentation autrement ? L’utilisation de matcha pour agrémenter vos plats principaux est une manière différente de continuer à profiter de ses bénéfices ! Nous sommes habitués de le voir en breuvages et en desserts, mais intégrer le matcha à un accompagnement est une bonne manière de continuer de profiter de ses bienfaits. Avec tous les nutriments et antioxydants libérés par le matcha, il est intéressant de le mettre à l’avant-plan de nos recettes hivernales pour bien préparer notre corps aux mois à venir !

Pas besoin de se casser la tête : ici, j’ai tout simplement fait bouillir mon riz dans une eau où j’avais ajouté une cuillerée de matcha ; j’ai ensuite rajouté d’autres ingrédients ‘’verts’’  pour donner un apport en vitamines encore plus grand !

Le matcha permet de parfumer délicatement le riz, tout en transformant notre à-côté !

Smoothie bowl au Matcha / Matcha smoothie bowl

Avez-vous essayé un délicieux smoothie bowl au Matcha? Voici notre recette originale pour un smoothie bowl végan!

Préparation : 5 minutes
2 portion

Ingrédients

Pour le smoothie:

200ml lait de soja saveur originale

100ml jus de mangue

20 ml (1 c. à soupe) poudre de thé vert : Matcha SAKAO

2 bananes

Pour la garniture:

60ml (3 c. à soupe) de bleuets

60ml (3 c. à soupe) de framboises

60ml (3 c. à soupe) de mûre

60ml (3 c. à soupe) de amandes tranchées

15ml (3 c. à thé) de graines de lin moulues

Préparation

  1. Mettre tous les ingrédients dans un mélangeur.
  2. Bien mélanger pendant plusieurs secondes jusqu’à obtenir un smoothie bien lisse mais assez épais.
  3. Verser le smoothie dans deux bols. Placer joliment les ingrédients pour la garniture.
  4. Déguster!

For topping:

60ml (3 tbsp) blueberry

60ml (3 tbsp) raspberry

60ml (3 tbsp) blackberry

60ml (3 tbsp) sliced almonds

15ml (3 tsp) ground flax seed

Préparation

  1. Add all the ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend well for several seconds until the texture is smooth and thick.
  3. Pour the smoothie into two bowls and place nicely the toppings.
  4. Enjoy!

Fondue au chocolat matcha/Matcha chocolate fondue

Fondue au chocolat matcha! Une recette parfaite pour une soirée de Saint-Valentin et un dessert parfait après une souper romantique  avec ton amour!

Préparation : 10 minutes

Ingrédients :

  • 1 tasse crème 15% épaisse ou 35 % régulière
  • 8oz chocolats blac
  • 1 cuillère à thé de poudre de matcha SAKAO
  • fruit frais, brownie guimauve au goût

Préparation :

  1. Dans un bol, battre la crème et Matcha tamisé jusqu’à l’obtention d’une consistance lisse et crémeuse.
  2. Déposer le mélange dans une casserole avec le chocolat.
  3. Déposer la sauce au chocolat dans un caquelon à fondue au chocolat, sur un réchaud.
  4. Déguster!

  • 1 tasse 15% heavy cream or 35% cooking cream
  • 8oz White chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon Matcha SAKAO powder 
  • Fresh fruits, brownie, marshmallow as dipping ingredients

Preparation :

  1. Mix Matcha sifted into a saucepan and cream and whisk together until no lumps remain.
  2. Add the mix with white chocolate.
  3. Pour into your fondue pot on the stove.
  4. Enjoy!

Truffes chocolat blanc et thé vert Matcha pour la Saint-Valentin / White chocolate with Matcha truffles for Saint-Valentine’s day

Préparez de délicieuses petites douceurs faites-maison pour la Saint-Valentin avec cette recette de truffes au Matcha! Parfait pour une pause sucrée romantique après le souper ou pour offrir un cadeau de Saint-Valentin unique à votre moitié.

Préparation : 20-30 minutes
Repos : 1 h à 12 h
Pour une vingtaine de petites truffes

Ingrédients

170g de chocolat blanc
60 ml (1/4 tasse) crème liquide
30 ml (2 c. à soupe) thé vert en poudre Matcha SAKAO

Préparation

1. Dans une casserole à feu très doux, faites fondre le chocolat dans la crème liquide et 15ml (1 c. à soupe) de poudre de thé vert Matcha SAKAO en remuant constamment jusqu’à obtenir une belle ganache.

2. Placez-la au frais dans un récipient plat de préférence, pendant au moins une heure, une nuit au mieux.

3. Préparez 2 assiettes, une avec 15ml (1 c. à soupe) du thé Matcha SAKAO saupoudré un peu partout et l’autre vide pour y déposer les truffes.

4. Avec une cuillère, prélevez un peu de ganache et formez une belle boule avec vos mains et placez-la directement dans l’assiette avec le thé matcha, roulez le tout pour bien la recouvrir de thé et placez-les ensuite dans l’assiette vide.

5. Conservez ensuite des truffes au frais.

Prepare the little homemade goodness for Saint-Valentine’day with this simple Matcha truffle recipe! Perfect for a little romantic moment after dinner or an original Valentine’s day gift for your loved one.

Preparation : 20-30 minutes
Cooling: 1 h à 12 h
For 20-25 small truffles

Ingredients

170g White chocolate
60 ml (1/4 cup) Cooking creme
30 ml (2 tbsp) Green tea powder Matcha SAKAO

Preparation

1. In a saucepan add the chocolate and let it melt on a very low heat with cream and 15ml (1 tbsp) of Matcha and stir until very smooth.

2. Place it into a container and refrigerate until the ganache has thickened (at least 1 hours or overnight).

3. Prepare 2 plates, one with 15ml (1 tbsp) of Matcha sprinkled and the other empty one to place the truffles.

4. With a spoon, take a little portion of ganache and form a ball with your hands. Place it on the plate with the matcha, roll to cover it well and then place it on the empty plate.

5. Then store the truffles in a cool place.
