Il y a quelques mois, j’ai fait du granola au matcha pour la première fois. C’était délicieux! Je l’incorporais soit dans mon bol de céréales, soit dans mes sortes de yogourt préférées, c’est-à-dire à la noix de coco et au sirop d’érable. Le granola au matcha est une recette simple et rapide!
Ingrédients:
1 ½ tasses de flocons d’avoine
1 tasse de mélange de noix (coupés)
½ tasse de flocons de noix de coco
¼ c. à thé de sel kasher
1/3 tasse de sirop d’érable
1 c. à thé d’extrait de vanille
3 c. à table d’huile de coco fondue
2 c. à soupe de matcha Thé Sakao
Préparation:
- Dans un premier récipient, bien mélanger l’huile de coco, le sirop d’érable, l’extrait de vanille, le sel et la poudre de matcha.
- Dans un autre récipient, mélanger les flocons d’avoine, les noix et les flocons de noix de coco.
- Incorporer le premier mélange dans le récipient de flocons d’avoine. Bien mélanger.
- Bien étaler sur un plateau à cuisson et le mettre au four pour environ 35 min à 350º. Remuer de temps en temps avec une fourchette.
- Lorsque le granola est durci, le sortir du four et le laisser refroidir avant de le mettre dans un pot masson!

A few months ago, I made matcha granola for the first time. It was delicious! I would put it in my cereal bowl or in my favorite yogurt flavors which are coconut and maple syrup. Matcha granola is a simple and quick recipe!
Ingredients:
1 ½ cups of rolled oats
1 cup of mixed nuts (cut)
½ cup of coconut flakes
¼ teaspoon of kosher salt
1/3 cup of maple syrup
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
3 tablespoons of melted coconut oil
2 tablespoons of Sakao Tea matcha
Preparation:
- In the first bowl, combine coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, salt and matcha powder. Mix well.
- In another bowl, mix the rolled oats, nuts and coconut flakes.
- Incorporate the first mixture in the rolled oats bowl. Mix well.
- In a baking sheet, spread the mixture and put in the oven for around 35min at 350º. Stir occasionally with a fork.
- When the granola is hardened, take it out from the oven and let it cool. Finally, store it in a mason jar!
