  1. I didn't receive email confirmation.

The order confirmation email is generated automatically by our system and it could be found in your spam mail account. It is also posible that the email address entered is wrong. The shipment follow-up email is sent as soon as the order is ready to ship in about 1 to 3 business days after order confirmation.

  1. I made a mistake in my order, can we modify?

We cannot modify an order once completed. However, if it is not prepared we can cancel for you to submit another order. You can respond to the order confirmation email or call us at 514-965-1984.

  1. How can I pay for my orders?

You can make payments via PayPal, e-transfer (514-965-1984) or calle up to pay by credit card: VISA or MasterCard.

  1. Is it possible to pay with a gift certificate online?

You can call us 514-965-1984 to place an order and pay with a gift certificate. It is not possible at this moment to pay with a gift certificate online.

  1. Y a-t-il un minimum d’achat pour utiliser les services de livraison?

Il n’y a pas de minimum pour commander, les frais de transport s’ajustant selon le poids du colis et la destination. Pour tout achat de 50$ et plus, le transport est gratuit partout au Canada et aux États-Unis.

  1. How long does it take for a delivery?

Delivery times vary depending on the destination, and following normal Canada Post times (or UPS depending on the method available in your region). For Quebec, delivery is usually between 3 to 5 business days. Note that during the holiday season or in times of crisis, delays may be longer than usual.

  1. Can I go pick up my order?

Yes, the pick-up service is also available at our office located in Montreal downtown. Contact us via email or phone to arrange your pick-up.
