Description
This tea is a classic mix of Sencha green tea from the plantation SAKAO in Shizuoka and roasted rice. The Genmaicha’s delicate taste combines the fresh herby flavour of the green tea with the sweetness of the roasted rice. It is perfect to sip on during the day.
Preparation
1) Put 2 teaspoons (about 5g) tea in a teapot.
Pour hot water (180ml) of 80-85 degrees into the teapot and let steep for 30-45 seconds.
Pour the tea little by little while alternating between cups so that the tea is equally distributed and its density is equal in each cup.
