Matcha Shikibu from Uji, Kyoto. It is a premium quality normally used to prepare Koicha and Usucha.
A particularly full-bodied yet refined, very creamy, sweet matcha, which offers mild flavours and aromas of toasted seeds. Its creamy, umami-rich aftertaste lingers on the palate. matcha particulièrement corsé mais raffiné, très crémeux and sucré, avec un arôme doux and un arôme de graines torréfiées. Il laisse un arrière-goût crémeux and délicieux en bouche.
Ideal temperature: 60 degrees
