Commençons la journée avec du matcha!

En cette fin d’année, il est temps de se prioriser et de partir d’un bon pied. Pour cela, je suis convaincu que commencer la journée avec du matcha permet d’être détendu et plus concentré à faire les tâches de la journée. Mais, je comprends aussi que toujours le boire de la même façon peut être redondant.

On le voit, souvent, sous forme pure ou en latte. Mais, il y a tellement de manières différentes de l’intégrer.

Alors, en voici quelques-unes que je vous conseille d’essayer :

yogurt au matcha

o   Il ne suffit que de prendre le yogourt de son choix, ajouter du sucre (miel, sirop d’érable…) et y tamiser environ 1càt de matcha biologique Entreprise Sakao. Mélanger le tout et déguster.

o   Sablés

o   À l’avoine

o   Classiques aux pépites de chocolat

Matcha hot chocolate

Lait au chocolat & Matcha dalgona

En cette période d’hiver, il n’y a rien de plus réconfortant qu’une boisson chaude. J’ai, donc, décidé de combiner, mes deux boissons préférées, un chocolat chaud et un matcha mousseux. Personnellement, je ne peux pas me passer de ce mélange réconfortant et doux. Boire du chocolat chaud est comme recevoir un câlin et la touche de matcha, style dalgona, éveille nos sens et relaxe le corps.

Dans ce contexte de pandémie, je trouve que c’est un des meilleurs cadeaux que l’on puisse s’offrir, un moment de détente et d’appréciation. Cela réchauffe le cœur et répond à notre envie de douceur.

Voici comment préparer cette boisson, avec :

  • Du matcha biologique Entreprise Sakao (environ 1càt)
  • Du lait au chocolat (j’adore celui à base d’amande/250 ml ou 8 oz)
  • Du sucre (blanc, préférablement/environ 1càs)
  • De l’aquafaba (eau d’une canne de pois chiche/2às)

Vous aurez besoin :

  • D’une casserole, d’une tasse (300 ml/10 oz), d’une paille (en métal), d’un bol, d’un très petit tamiseur et d’un fouet manuel ou électrique

Alors, il faut chauffer le lait au chocolat, à feu doux.

Pendant ce temps, on peut préparer la mousse de matcha, en fouettant l’aquafaba. Puis, on y ajoute le sucre et fouette encore. On tamise le matcha par-dessus et fouette à nouveau, pour bien mélanger le tout.

Dans une tasse, versez le lait au chocolat chaud. Ajouter, par-dessus, le matcha dalgona et votre paille.

Déguster !

Chocolat chaud au matcha

Avec les journées de plus en plus froides, pourquoi ne pas allier chocolat blanc et matcha pour créer une boisson chaude absolument décadente ? Un chocolat chaud au matcha est la boisson parfaite pour prendre une pause sucrée cet hiver !

Voici les ingrédients que j’ai utilisés pour créer mon chocolat chaud au matcha bio :

  • 300 ml de lait au choix
  • 2 cuillères à thé de pépites de chocolat blanc
  • 1 cuillère à thé de matcha bio SAKAO
  1. Faire chauffer le lait et les pépites de chocolat dans une petite casserole, en fouettant régulièrement jusqu’à la dissolution de celles-ci.
  2. Ajouter le matcha, et continuer à fouetter jusqu’à l’obtention d’un mélange homogène.
  3. Garnir de petites guimauves, et saupoudrer de matcha.

With colder weather, why not mix white chocolate and matcha to create a decadent hot drink? A hot matcha chocolate is a perfect drink to have a little break this winter! Here are the ingredients I used to create my organic hot matcha chocolate:

  • 300 ml Milk of your choice
  • 2 tea spoons of white chocolate chips
  • 1 tea spoon of matcha bio SAKAO
  1. Heat the milk and chocolate chips in a small saucepan, whisk until they are dissolved
  2. Add Matcha and continue to whisk until smooth
  3. Garnish with small marshmallows and sprinkle with matcha.

Granola au Matcha / Matcha granola

Il y a quelques mois, j’ai fait du granola au matcha pour la première fois. C’était délicieux! Je l’incorporais soit dans mon bol de céréales, soit dans mes sortes de yogourt préférées, c’est-à-dire à la noix de coco et au sirop d’érable. Le granola au matcha est une recette simple et rapide!

Ingrédients:

1 ½ tasses de flocons d’avoine

1 tasse de mélange de noix (coupés)

½ tasse de flocons de noix de coco

¼ c. à thé de sel kasher

1/3 tasse de sirop d’érable

1 c. à thé d’extrait de vanille

3 c. à table d’huile de coco fondue

2 c. à soupe de matcha Thé Sakao

Préparation:

  1. Dans un premier récipient, bien mélanger l’huile de coco, le sirop d’érable, l’extrait de vanille, le sel et la poudre de matcha.
  2. Dans un autre récipient, mélanger les flocons d’avoine, les noix et les flocons de noix de coco.
  3. Incorporer le premier mélange dans le récipient de flocons d’avoine. Bien mélanger.
  4. Bien étaler sur un plateau à cuisson et le mettre au four pour environ 35 min à 350º. Remuer de temps en temps avec une fourchette.
  5. Lorsque le granola est durci, le sortir du four et le laisser refroidir avant de le mettre dans un pot masson!

A few months ago, I made matcha granola for the first time. It was delicious! I would put it in my cereal bowl or in my favorite yogurt flavors which are coconut and maple syrup. Matcha granola is a simple and quick recipe!

Ingredients:

1 ½ cups of rolled oats

1 cup of mixed nuts (cut)

½ cup of coconut flakes

¼ teaspoon of kosher salt

1/3 cup of maple syrup

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

3 tablespoons of melted coconut oil

2 tablespoons of Sakao Tea matcha

Preparation:

  1. In the first bowl, combine coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, salt and matcha powder. Mix well.
  2. In another bowl, mix the rolled oats, nuts and coconut flakes.
  3. Incorporate the first mixture in the rolled oats bowl. Mix well.
  4. In a baking sheet, spread the mixture and put in the oven for around 35min at 350º. Stir occasionally with a fork.
  5. When the granola is hardened, take it out from the oven and let it cool. Finally, store it in a mason jar!

Boules d’énergie protéinées au matcha et pistaches/Matcha and pistachio energy bites

J’adore boire mon matcha bien chaud, surtout à ce temps-ci de l’année! Cependant, j’ai découvert que cette légère poudre verte s’agence très bien à certains desserts. Je vous propose ici de petites boules d’énergie protéinées que vous pourrez manger en collation.

Boule d’énergie protéinées au matcha et pistaches
Ingrédients : 
4 c. à table de beurre d’amande
2 c. à table d’huile de coco
1 c. à table de sirop d’érable (miel)
1/3 de tasse d’avoine
1 scoop de protéine vegan
2 c. à thé de matcha bio Sakao
1/2 tasse de pistache
5 dattes de bam
1 pincée de sel Himalayan
1/2 tablette de chocolat noir 85%
Préparation : 
  1. Placer tous les ingrédients (sauf le chocolat) dans le bol d’un robot culinaire. Bien mélanger.
  2. Façonner les boules à la main.
  3. Faire fondre le chocolat noir et enrober les boules entièrement ou verser en coulis.
  4. Placer quelques pistache en décoration.
  5. Conserver au frigo.
Donne environ 10 boules d’énergie.

I love to drink my matcha really hot, especially at this time of year! However, I have found that this light green powder goes very well with some deserts. Here is a little tasty protein energy bites recipe that you can eat as a snack.

Matcha and pistachio energy bites
Ingredients:
4 tbsp. almond butter
2 tbsp. coconut oil
1 tbsp. Maple syrup (honey)
1/3 cup oats
1 scoop of vegan protein
1/2 cup pistachios
5 bam dates
1 pinch of Himalayan salt
1/2 bar 85% dark chocolate
Preparation:
  1. Place all the ingredients (except chocolate) in the bowl of a food processor. Mix well.
  2. Roll into balls.
  3. Melt the dark chocolate and coat the balls completely or drizzle on top.
  4. Place a few pistachios as decoration.
  5. Keep in the fridge.

Smoothie au Matcha et à la banane / Banana Matcha smoothie

Maintenant que le temps froid s’installe, je me suis dit que ce serait une bonne idée d’essayer de faire un smoothie au matcha. D’abord, nous bénéficions des éléments nutritifs des fruits et légumes, mais aussi ceux du matcha! C’est une excellente manière de renforcer son système immunitaire. J’ai toujours bu le matcha en tant que thé et en tant que latte, mais je n’avais jamais pensé à l’utiliser dans un smoothie!

De plus, si jamais on n’arrive pas à s’habituer à la saveur du thé matcha, l’incorporer dans un smoothie est une bonne manière de le consommer et de bénéficier de ses bienfaits sans vraiment en sentir le goût.

Les ingrédients (1 portion):

  • 1 tasse de bananes (congelés) coupés
  • 1 c. à thé de matcha Thé Sakao
  • 1 tasse d’épinards
  • 2 c. à thé de graine de lin
  • ¾ tasse de lait d’amande
  • Moitié du citron (optionnel)

Si l’on désire un petit goût sucré, on peut rajouter de l’extrait de vanille, sirop d’érable ou autre. Après tout, ce qui est formidable du smoothie c’est qu’on peut toujours le personnaliser à notre goût!

Now that the colder weather is here, I thought it would be a good idea to try out a matcha smoothie. Not only we benefit from the nutrients of fruits and vegetables, but also those from matcha! It is a great way to strengthen our immune system. I’ve always drank matcha as a tea or as a latte, but it never occurred to me to use it in a smoothie!

If you’re someone that doesn’t really get used to the flavor of the matcha tea, adding matcha powder to your smoothie is a great way to benefit from the good things it has to offer without really having to taste it.

The ingredients (1 serving):

  • 1 cup of sliced frozen bananas
  • 1 tsp of matcha Sakao Tea
  • 1 cup of spinach
  • 2 tsps of flaxseed
  • ¾ cup of almond milk
  • Half lemon (optional)

Smoothie au Matcha et à la banane

If you wish the smoothie to have a little sweetness to it, you can add vanilla extract, maple syrup or other. Afterall, the great thing about smoothies is that you can personalize it!

Préparation : 5 minutes

Ingrédients

Pour le smoothie:

200ml lait de soja saveur originale

100ml jus de mangue

20 ml (1 c. à soupe) poudre de thé vert : Matcha SAKAO

2 bananes

Pour la garniture:

60ml (3 c. à soupe) de bleuets

60ml (3 c. à soupe) de framboises

60ml (3 c. à soupe) de mûre

60ml (3 c. à soupe) de amandes tranchées

15ml (3 c. à thé) de graines de lin moulues

Préparation

  1. Mettre tous les ingrédients dans un mélangeur.
  2. Bien mélanger pendant plusieurs secondes jusqu’à obtenir un smoothie bien lisse mais assez épais.
  3. Verser le smoothie dans deux bols. Placer joliment les ingrédients pour la garniture.
  4. Déguster!

  2. Blend well for several seconds until the texture is smooth and thick.
  3. Pour the smoothie into two bowls and place nicely the toppings.

Pain doré au matcha / Matcha french toast

Commancez votre weekend avec délicieux pain doré au matcha!

Préparation : 10 minutes
1 portion

Ingrédients :

  • 1 tranche de pain
  • 70 ml de lait
  • 1 œuf
  • 3 cuillères à table de sirop d’érable
  • fruits de champs / banane
  • 1½ cuillère à thé de poudre de matcha SAKAO

Préparation :

  1. Dans un plat peu profond, battre l’œuf et le sirop d’érable.
  2. Ajouter le lait et la poudre de matcha tamisée et bien mélanger.
  3. Faire tremper la tranche de pain dans le mélange d’œuf 1 à 2 minutes de chaque côté.
  4. Cuire à feu moyen-doux jusqu’à ce que les deux côtés soient bien dorés (environ 5-7 minutes sur chaque coté).
  5. Déguster!

*Astuce : Faire tremper le pain toute la nuit pour un pain doré très moelleux.

Ingredients :

  • 1 slice Bread
  • 70 ml Milk
  • 1 Egg
  • 3 tablespoons Maple syrup
  • wild berries / banana
  • 1½ teaspoon Matcha SAKAO powder 

Preparation :

  1. In a shallow dish, beat the egg and maple syrup together.
  2. Add milk and sifted matcha powder into the egg mixture.
  3. Soak the bread in the egg mixture for 1-2 minutes on each side.
  4. Cook on medium-low heat until both sides are golden brown (approximately 5-7 minutes on each side).
  5. Enjoy!

*Tip: Soak the French toast overnight to have extra pillowy French toast.
